This location will always have my heart! It has so many fun areas for photos! The wooden pier, the red lifeguard wall, I love all of it!
Wide open spaces, Irvine
New location this year and I am in love! It feels like you are in the country, when you are just a mere 22 minutes from Seal Beach. The rolling hills and fields really allow you to shine! Be sure you are wearing sturdy shoes. This one is a bit of a walk.
California Christmas, Seal Beach
It doesn’t get more California than having a Christmas tree on the beach! This is one of the most popular, and the most limited. We can only do it at low tide. If you want this spot, book it quick!
Into the Woods, Seal Beach
This location photographs beautifully morning or night. It is convenient to park and not a far walk. Warm or cool colors work great against the blue green eucalyptus. Dogs are welcome here so bring your four legged family member.
Architecture with a touch of wild, Sunset Beach
I will never get tired of photographing that bridge! I love that you can get two completely opposite looks in one location!
Ferris Wheel Fun, Balboa
This location is just a 100% fun. I love the ferris wheel and all the pops of color! If you want a splash of vintage, this is the place for you!
California Native, Seal Beach
This location is so gorgeous in the afternoon. So many native California plants! There are tons of nooks and crannies and I love how it is close to the beach but looks so rural. This location looks great with a cool or warm color scheme.
Penisula Perfection, Long Beach
Capture all the beauty of a small beach town. I love the wooden pathways with the bouganvia. The aqua lifeguard towers have. my heart. I think it the perfect spot for family photos especially in that end of the day golden light.
As with all beach locations, we always keep an eye on the wind. If it is too much wind we may switch locations.
Golden Garden, Huntington Beach
If you were in a Disney Movie this is where it would take place! It is seriously perfection (and where I picked to have my photos taken!).
Morning or afternoon, you are going to get gold. There are so many different spots, I think I could photograph here a thousand times and still find beautiful spots.
I recommend wearing warm colored clothing to really pop against the background, and this is definitely not the place for stiletto heals!
Classic Beach, Seal Beach
This is always a popular one! You can go dressy or super casual and it always looks great. Shoes are definitely not required! Everyone absolutely glows in that under the pier light.
